During the rainstorms of late Januray 2010, a number of sinkholes emerged in the driveway
between the warehouse and the Southgate (facing Philadelphia Street)
During the height of the rainstorm, a powerfull stream of water was seen flowing from the Southeast corner of the property.
Large bodies of water was streaming straigt West at first, alongside the Southside of the Warehouse.
Then, at the Center Gate of the Warehouse, the water made a 90 degree left turn, flowing straight up the driveway towards
the South-East gate of the property, which serves as the primary path for vehicles to enter and leave the property.
Mario, a neighbour on the East Side of the property informed
Peter that his neighbour to the South typically experiences extensive flooding during heavy rains.
This is the propety with horses and forklifts, just North of Ben's property.
Drainage paths were observed from that property into the nursery, and clearly were the source of the large bodies of water
that eventually lead to the sinkholes detailed above.
Greg offered to talk with that neighbour to see if there are options to prevent this type of damage to our driveway.
Note: Water Pressure comes into the property at 90 (unit?); and no loss of pressure has been discovered
to suggest there has been an ongoing water leak under ground.
Where do the waterlines run from the meter to the various spikets and faucets?
